With a PhD in Leadership in Education from Harvard University and over two decades of experience, she specializes in transforming education systems across the USA, China, and the Middle East. She is currently leading initiatives to weave psychological resilience directly into the iThrives educational framework, ensuring every “Quest” builds a foundation for both academic and personal growth.

In 2020, she expanded her professional scope into the field of psychology.

As the designer and creator of iThrives’ flagship program, Thrive Quest, Dr. Khemer has transformed early mental health support into a visionary learning journey. She meticulously architected the program’s blueprint, building it upon five evidence-based frameworks: SEL, Executive Function, Growth Mindset, Grit, and PERMA.
By bridging clinical psychological principles with innovative educational structure, she ensures every child aged 6–11 develops the emotional regulation and cognitive focus needed to navigate modern stress and thrive from the inside out.
