Our Story

Born From Silence. Built for Strength

We founded iThrives because we have “lived the silence” as worried parents, as struggling youth, and as community leaders. We know exactly what it feels like to worry about a child, to be that child, and to see the cost when support arrives only after a breaking point has been reached.

At iThrives, we believe that waiting for a crisis is not a strategy. Our story began with the realization that the traditional mental health system is reactive, often asking children to “prove” they are hurting before opening the door to care.

Our Story

Born From Silence. Built for Strength

We founded iThrives because we’ve lived the silence, as worried parents, struggling youth, and community leaders. We know the weight of waiting and the cost of support that comes too late. At iThrives, we don’t believe in waiting for crisis. The system is reactive—we’re here to change that.

Our Founders

Born From Silence. Built for Strength

In 2024, iThrives was born from a calling to create a world where every young person could rise above their challenges and thrive. This movement is led by two visionaries who saw the gaps in our current systems with painful clarity:

Steven Trout

A successful entrepreneur with a passion for service who recognized that youth mental health was not just a cause, but a crisis demanding immediate action. He saw too many young people struggling in silence without the tools to navigate life’s toughest challenges.

Dr. Randia Khemer

A Harvard-educated expert in education and psychology who spent decades reforming global systems. She realized that while students were taught how to succeed academically, they were never taught how to care for their mental well-being.

Our Founders

Born From Silence. Built for Strength

In 2024, iThrives was born from a mission to help every young person rise and thrive, led by two visionaries who saw the system’s gaps with undeniable clarity.

Steven Trout

A purpose-driven entrepreneur who saw youth mental health for what it is a crisis. Too many young people were struggling in silence without the tools to navigate life’s hardest moments.

Dr. Randia Khemer

A Harvard-trained expert in education and psychology who spent decades reforming systems, yet saw one critical gap: students were taught how to succeed, but not how to care for their mental well-being.
