Our Story
We founded iThrives because we have “lived the silence” as worried parents, as struggling youth, and as community leaders. We know exactly what it feels like to worry about a child, to be that child, and to see the cost when support arrives only after a breaking point has been reached.
At iThrives, we believe that waiting for a crisis is not a strategy. Our story began with the realization that the traditional mental health system is reactive, often asking children to “prove” they are hurting before opening the door to care.
Our Founders
In 2024, iThrives was born from a calling to create a world where every young person could rise above their challenges and thrive. This movement is led by two visionaries who saw the gaps in our current systems with painful clarity:

A successful entrepreneur with a passion for service who recognized that youth mental health was not just a cause, but a crisis demanding immediate action. He saw too many young people struggling in silence without the tools to navigate life’s toughest challenges.

A Harvard-educated expert in education and psychology who spent decades reforming global systems. She realized that while students were taught how to succeed academically, they were never taught how to care for their mental well-being.
A Future Defined by Strength
We are building a future where mental health support is no longer an afterthought but a foundation for every child’s potential. By merging human warmth with digital innovation, we ensure that the path to emotional strength is clear, accessible, and stigma-free for every young person, everywhere.

To support the mental and emotional growth of children through engaging and accessible learning journeys. We build lifelong resilience, confidence, and well-being by bridging human warmth with innovative delivery models.

We envision a world where mental health support is proactive, stigma-free, and culturally aware. Our goal is to ensure every child has the opportunity to thrive emotionally, socially, and cognitively, with access to support long before a crisis occurs.
Our Core Values
Our core values are the heartbeat of our movement. They ensure that every child we reach is treated with the dignity, innovation, and proactive care they deserve.
Why We Exists
iThrives exists to change the timing, tone, and accessibility of mental health support. We are building Pathways to Strength, moving the industry from reactive crisis management to proactive resilience building.
We believe that thriving is not just about survival, it is about unlocking potential, breaking barriers, and embracing a future full of possibilities. We are turning our personal experience into public action to ensure that for every child, everywhere, thriving is the norm.
Our Approach
We don’t wait for pain to become visible or for a child to reach a breaking point to step in. Instead, we build emotional strength from the inside out through joy, connection, and consistent practice. By changing the timing and tone of support, we ensure that for every child, thriving is the norm.

We identify challenges before they escalate, training the adults in a child's life to act early and lead with empathy.

By bridging human warmth with digital tools, we remove the barriers of cost, travel, and waiting lists.

We bring support closer to home through community partnerships, ensuring underserved areas are never left in the dark.

Through our signature Program, Thrive Quest, children ages 6–11 learn to navigate stress while discovering their own inner light
